Honest guys. I thought I needed a new water heater; turned out it was a $120 part. They could have sold me a new one and didn't.
Gas smell near the dryer. Utility shut it off and Elite came out, found the leaking fitting, fixed and pressure tested everything the same day. Very reassuring.
Main sewer backed up into the basement. They cleared it, ran a camera and showed us the roots. Scheduled trenchless lining the next week — no digging up our yard. Honest, professional and fast.
