Honest guys. I thought I needed a new water heater; turned out it was a $120 part. They could have sold me a new one and didn't.
Called at 11 pm with water pouring from a ceiling in Athens. Plumber was here in about 40 minutes, found the split pipe, fixed it and even helped me get the water out of the carpet. Can't recommend them enough.
Gas smell near the dryer. Utility shut it off and Elite came out, found the leaking fitting, fixed and pressure tested everything the same day. Very reassuring.
Annually for most devices, per Athens and Michigan requirements.
Usually 20–30 minutes per device, with a brief water interruption.
We can usually rebuild it on the spot with parts on the truck, then retest and file the passing report.
