Honest guys. I thought I needed a new water heater; turned out it was a $120 part. They could have sold me a new one and didn't.
Gas smell near the dryer. Utility shut it off and Elite came out, found the leaking fitting, fixed and pressure tested everything the same day. Very reassuring.
Running toilet fixed in 20 minutes and they checked the other bathrooms while they were here. Friendly, fast, fair.
Annually for most devices, per Novi and Michigan requirements.
Usually 20–30 minutes per device, with a brief water interruption.
We can usually rebuild it on the spot with parts on the truck, then retest and file the passing report.
