Gas smell near the dryer. Utility shut it off and Elite came out, found the leaking fitting, fixed and pressure tested everything the same day. Very reassuring.
Called at 11 pm with water pouring from a ceiling in Mikado. Plumber was here in about 40 minutes, found the split pipe, fixed it and even helped me get the water out of the carpet. Can't recommend them enough.
Shower valve was leaking inside the wall. They replaced it through an access panel without touching the tile. Saved us a bathroom remodel.
